      Senior Lease Administration Interview

      May 10, 2018
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Irvine, CA
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TRC-Retail (Irvine, CA) in Apr 2018

      Interview

Brought in through an executive search. Interviewed with hiring manager, and then two SVPs during a subsequent interview. They had been interviewing for this position for several months without success, and were now looking for upgraded candidates. After three lengthy interviews and several weeks of delays with no response, they decided not to produce a position to fill or make an offer. I feel as though they were captivated with the interviewing process, and couldn't match the financials with the expertise needed to be successful in the role. Asked me for specifics on how to perform certain functions of the job and actually wrote down the responses, almost as if I was an outside consultant. That is when I suspected they were trying to get the milk for free, so to speak. It was clear the role needed to be filled, so hopefully they will be able to find the right fit at some point in the future.
