TRB Chemedica Group interview questions

I was very disappointed with the way the interview process was handled. After having a positive first interview with the interviewers , I was invited for a second interview with them . I was expecting to receive a zoom link for the second interview, but I never received it. I then followed up with them, but I only got vague responses that the second interview was delayed because One of the interviewer was on Medical leave. After waiting for several days and I no receive any updates, I follow up by email then the interviewer informing me that she have decided to go with other candidates. I felt that this was very unprofessional and disrespectful of my time and expectations. I wasted a lot of time and energy preparing for the second interview that never happened.😭

I had the first interview in May 2021 with the company. They don’t have any HR in Munich. So, the interview was directly with a director and someone from QA. In general they were nice people and the interview was fine. They told me that I will get the feedback within a week and the person from QA called me as discussed. She told me that she has very good news for me and they want to have me for a second interview, but they will contact me again for setting a date. After a week of preparation, I got a rejection email, which was very unprofessional. It was disappointing but I was happy not to work with people, who cannot keep their word and are not reliable.
