I received a call from HR about 3 weeks after applying. The role was explained and would pay 60-65k. The next interview was with 2 VPs. I was then given a 2hr Data Analysis assignment and I met with 2 more VPs to discuss the assignment. After that I interviewed with a manager. I was then invited to the office for more interviews. I was told I would only be meeting with 2 people (one I had already met and someone new). When I got there turned out I was meeting with 3 completely different people. I was there for 1hr 30 mins doing these interviews. The interviews in the office were very one sided which is weird when they constantly talk about the “vibe” and “being real”. The process was long and unnecessary for a role that is supposed to be for people finishing up with school.

Interview over the phone with HR, then interview in the office. Interview with three people at once in the office then a one on one interview. The interview over the phone was really easy and a bit all over the place to the point where I thought the company was not very legit. However, in person things were a bit more serious and more questions about past experiences and leadership. After the one on one interview it became more casual and I talked to the interviewer about likes and dislikes and about Raleigh in general.
