Interview
The interview process was alright but HR was terrible at managing the timeline and process! The first 3 rounds took place within 2 weeks. After the third round, the hiring manager gave a verbal "offer" and said HR would follow up but I did not hear from them despite 2 chaser emails till 2+ weeks later. They told me they were considering me for the team lead role and arranged for me an interview within the week. Now it's been 2 weeks and MIA again without any updates. HAPHAZARD PROCESS.

3 rounds, remote. Typical, I feel hiring managers and recruiters were not experts of their fields in interviews. They asked typical questions and scenario-based line of questions. And recruiter is slow to respond as they are based in spain.

Tell me about a time you faced stress at work and how you overcame it.
Process was ok, I had a initial phone interview with a recruiter, followed by another online interview with head of Human Resource and another team member. If you get through, you will have another interview with the working team.
