Interview
Telephone interview with one of the recruiters at Teleperformance. I submitted a CV and completed some details online before being invited to a group assessment with some other candidates. The assessors were very personable and friendly and gave us a great overview of what the job involved and what skills and experience they were looking for. The group assessment lasted 2 hours and was great fun. Lots of group activities that got everybody talking. A great experience!

Question 1
What would motivate you to be successful in the role?
The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round.The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
Interview was quick, had some tech issues but nothing too bad. Questions were direct, and prompted with an AI assistant which felt a little uncanny valley. Overall, process went smoothly but maybe it would be better to just have the questions written and recorded to listen to, rather than the AI assistant video
