I love the way they asked questions which I can rely to my personal experiences . The process is not hard as I expected. We did a role play mock call which is my first experience and I don't know I can pass on it but what I did was thinking it's just a normal conversation with your friends. And yeah I passed all thanks to God.

I remember she asked me what is my strength if ever I get hired what can I contribute to the company. I answered it by saying that I will do the best I can to be part of this BPO company.
After assessment, you will be interviewed by recruiters. The interview process is easy. They will just ask about your experiences. It only lasted for more or less 20 minutes. Just be yourself and be confident.
