Answered a few questions over text and email. Set up a phone interview, and received the call exactly on time. Interviewer was extremely friendly. Asked a handful of questions about customer service, plus a few questions about previous job experience. Overall a very easy interview.
The interview process is not that hard, the common questions you would find on the internet. But, be sure to be confident while answering them because they keep an eye on that .

Detailed and informative. I was contacted via email to set up a phone interview which turned out to be very similar to an in person interview. She was blunt but somewhat friendly. Very informative.
