I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at TP (Toronto, ON) in Jul 2019
Interview
The recruitment team tried their best to manage the large crowd. The disorganization might have been caused by the tardiness of the hiring team. Arrived at 11.50 for a 12pm interview and didnt start the interview until almost 1pm. The offer of minimum wage was disastrous given the skills and qualifications of many candidates. Also I found the recruiting to be dishonest. You apply for inbound and they put you in outbound sales.
