Interview
I applied online, then got a call the next day to come in to take an assessment. The assessment consisted a typing test, customer service test, and basic computer knowledge test. If you pass all the test they schedule you for an interview with the hiring manager then a second interview with one of the supervisors. If you get through the interviews, which are pretty straight forward, you get offered the job.
The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round.The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
Interview was quick, had some tech issues but nothing too bad. Questions were direct, and prompted with an AI assistant which felt a little uncanny valley. Overall, process went smoothly but maybe it would be better to just have the questions written and recorded to listen to, rather than the AI assistant video
