There was no real interview. I was phoned an hour after I applied and was just asked a little about myself. The lady on the phone briefly explained the job and told me I'd start in 5 days.

The interview was straight forward. If you did not have experience a lot of on the job training was offered. Helps to have a good telephone manner. There are opportunities to between different teams in the company and a lot of team training days.
