Interview process was quite easy. Rounds of interview : - There were four rounds of interview. 1st Round : - HR {In HR round she asked simple questions like Tell me something about yourself, Do you have any experience, Tell me something about your home town, What kind of language do you speak, etc.} 2nd Round : - Operation round(1) {Operation round was also quite easy. If you speak the language which you filled up on application form fluently than you get selected. Most he they just want to listen your tongue. My question was Can you share with me about you hometown in Hindi.} 3rd Round : - Can be say Manager round or Operation round(2) {This round was quite logically tough because he was checking our strength. The questions were like, Why do you want to join BPO, What you did after graduation explain me briefly, How can you make me believe that you will not leave this company after three month etc. This round was tough a bit. You have to play your game smartly and think before you speak. He was forcing me to join IT companies over BPO, just because he wanted to check my strength. Guys, he was constantly watching my face and eyes if i feel nervousness or been afraid. Be confident and give your best.} 4th Round : - It was an accent round. HR will give you a number you have been asked by simple question like repeat sentence, solve jumble words, etc. I got cleared all the rounds of interviews and in the end i got a welcome letter by HR. she given us a date to submit your documents and end of the day you will got offer letter. There were approximately 40 to 70 candidates. Only three got selected. two of them were experienced and i only was fresher. Thanks
