Interview
The process was clear. I got the call from recuiter asking if I am still interested. After I received tests via e-mail: for fast typing, for English knowledge, plans for the future, previous experiance, why TP and in the end role play - 3 e-mails from clients to handle the situation.
The next day I received a call, saying that results from test are positive and to schedule phone interview. It was with same recruiter, questions were pretty easy, how I manage stress, my experiance that could help me in work, what I like and don't like in my job, what do I know about company and project and why they should hire me. In 2 days I received possitive feedback and job offer ;) I also got a call to verify my mother language, because is the one I will work with.

Interview
I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.
The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round.The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
