7 of us in a room, the atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. Had us fill out paperwork same old same old. Three activities, first a 1 on 1 interview regarding past experience, but it felt more like a character assessment. Second a role play in which you aid an irate customer, feedback was immediately given. Finally a computer calculated writing assessor. I personally scored very high, where others struggled.
About 45 minutes later I was called and offered a position.

Interview
I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.
The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round.The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
