Tuve 2 instancias de entrevista. La primera con RRHH y la segunda con la linea. La primera entrevista fue grupal, donde evaluaban las competencias de los candidatos, y la segunda te hacian hacer un rollplay para evaluar como te podias llegar a manejar en un llamado telefonico
They just ask if you know English and hire almost anyone it is easy if you want easy money there’s a lot of people who were deported to Mexico so the environment is diverse
4 interviews. 2 on the phone and 2 via google meets
A multiple choice techincal test and 2 others that were to grade my english and spanish levels (those had me writing information)
Primero te mandaban un formulario para responder, si pasabas era una entrevista con otra chica y te iban haciendo preguntas, tanto en español como inglés. No quedé, y luego me llamaron para otro puesto en otro sector, era una entrevista de más de 10 personas que se iban dividiendo con un responsable.
