Friendly and efficient. Short HR interview. Next interviewed with hiring manager and tech lead. Next had a final interview, got an offer, and got hired. I was a very good interviewing experience.

Mostly about technical background. Did an interactive coding test in the final interview.
Das Gespräch war sehr unstrukturiert. Es wirkte so, als wäre niemand richtig vorbereitet. Fragen waren allgemein und teilweise widersprüchlich. Es gab keine klare Vorstellung von der Rolle und den Erwartungen. Insgesamt wirkte es chaotisch und wenig professionell.

Interview
I interview with the hiring manager for the first tech interview, including BQ and tech problem. Nice talk but then I was ghosted and failed. The interview is easy, but the process is frustrating, I will never to apply for torc again.

Have you ever faced any difficulties working with colleagues in the workplace? How did you resolve them?
The interview process consists of three stages: first, a general interview conducted remotely; next, a technical interview also held remotely, which requires the preparation of a PowerPoint presentation; and finally, an on-site interview focused on more in-depth technical questions.
