15 minute phone interview with the store manager. Very relaxed and comfortable. Fairly short and easy to communicate. Got an offer at the end of the phone call and a follow up email.
The interview went exceptionally well; I confidently answered all questions, showcased my skills, and connected with the interviewer. Their positive feedback and enthusiasm left me feeling hopeful about the opportunity.
