My interview with Tomra was disorganized, rude and vague. Two male managers conducted my interview and asked questions directly related to the Logistics Specialist job to which I had applied. The questions that I was asked were structured sloppily and with no regard to how I may perceive them. A significant amount of profanity was used during my interview, which is not professional or necessary. My interview with Tomra was of average difficulty, yet they desperately required one additional Logistics Specialist so as to increase logistics and warehouse operations efficiency. I would have appreciated being informed of the truth that Tomra had already hired and lost three people who had held the exact same job description at Tomra that I had during the year 2015. They can't keep skilled people interested in the Logistics Specialist position for any significant or profitable amount of time, which is proof that Tomra management is conducting themselves negatively and not efficiently.
