I applied online. I interviewed at TMC Transportation (Des Moines, IA) in Sep 2020
Interview
Started off with a quick over the phone chat that went well and we scheduled an in person interview. That interview was with the team leader and was about 45 minutes followed by about 20 minutes of shadowing the actual job. This went well too and led to a 3rd round interview. This time around there was about another 45 minutes - an hour of shadowing and a 30 minute interview with the VP of logistics Steve Feldmann. everything went fine and he ended the meeting by saying they would be letting me know one way or another within a weeks time. After 10 days went by I had not heard anything so I called back and left a message following up and asking where we were at with this. No one ever called back, no on ever even emailed me. The whole thing came across as very unprofessional, especially for someone who was so high up in the company. It's simple courtesy to let me know one way or another.
