Started with one phone screen with the recruiter, then 2 virtual interviews one on one and one presentation to a panel with questions. The hiring manager interviewed me on his vacation and the panel presentation started at 7:15am. more without any communication and then want me to interview the next day.

Question 1
How do you manage incompetent team members, what would you do if someone asked you to help them with their job and you didn’t have time.
I had a very positive interview experience with the company. The process was well-structured and consisted of three clear stages. First, I had a screening with HR, followed by an interview with the Line Manager and Program Manager. Both were incredibly friendly and professional throughout.
I was given a two-part business case focusing on communication and analytical skills. The final stage was a review session with the managers. While the atmosphere remained friendly, the technical deep dive was quite challenging, leading me to decide that the role wasn't the perfect fit for me at this time. I withdrew from the process, but I left with a high opinion of the team and the company culture.

Interview
The interview was quite interesting, and the interviewers were nice, the overall atmosphere was very good, which interviewees were invited to express themselves in a respectful way. Not a very difficult interview but rather an interaction.
