The interview was very relaxed. I interviewed with one person. The staff was very friendly and they asked mostly about the projects and works I have done throughout my dispatching career. They did not ask any technical questions, but it was pretty much me talking about my work experience.

You start as a temp with a third party and after good attendance etc you do the application process again with the director assuming and then assuming you recive an offer of employment do another background check and drug test .

I interviewed with two managers. One asked typical interview questions while the other texted on his phone in the corner. They were in a hurry to get someone immediately as they were understaffed and drowning in their workload.
