It was mostly a behavioural interview with lot’s of questions about my past experience and my performance in different situations.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TJX Canada (Mississauga, ON) in Nov 2022
Round 1: was sent a follow up email after submitting my resume which required me to complete a virtual interview using my camera and responding to questions. (30 seconds to review questions 1-2 minutes to respond) Round 2: Interviewed with the recruiter after passing first round of interviewing process. Asked a lot of behavioural questions Round 3: Passed onto final round of interviewing with TJX Associates via zoom. Was given a case study to complete 2 hours before the final interview. Had to disuss what my process would be as a posed Allocation Analyst at TJX. Pretty much a repeat of bahavioural and situational questions!

Pretty straight forward once you get through the odd selection process of waiting in a queue for your interview. You feel like just a number. Found it to be a long and cold process.

The first step is a one-way virtual interview. It’s a little intimidating but it’s only 20 minutes or so and you have the opportunity to do practice questions beforehand. Then a phone interview with HR, followed by a Teams interview with HR and finally an interview with 2 managers, including a case study.
- Tell us about a time you got some tough feedback, how did you take it and what did you learn from it.
- Tell us about a time you made a decision that was not supported by the data you had available. How did it turn out?

Very professional, polite, average questions. Easy to answer with common sense, the manager was kind, and as I said was very polite, and professional. ( That was in Etobicoke) and overall last 15 to 20 minutes.
