I was asked less than 10 easy questions asking about how I would handle an angry customer, what makes someone's customer service stand out, and things of that nature. I was interviewed at the jewelry counter during store hours in the open.

What would turn a 4-star customer service experience into a 5-star experience
very easy and simple, i felt very heard and that they were interested in my work history and what i could add to the team! over all a very good interview and place to work

I applied and they called about a week later and I was offered the position on the spot. This was my first job interview during COVID and it went fine. The manager that interviewed me is no longer there, but still a great place.
