I was referred by an employee and went to the store to meet the hiring manager. The manager asked me to come in the next day for a brief 1:1 interview. It was average interview questions.

It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.
Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
