TIC Gums interview questions

Normal routine. Set up time and date. Be prompt and dress properly. Was given an assessment test. Spoke with two supervisors who question my experience and skills. Was given a plant tour.

Started with a phone interview. Then, I came in for 4 hour in-person interview with the marketing team. They spoke highly of my experience and qualifications, and gave me a mini-assignment to do over the weekend. But after I left the interview, a couple hours later I was told I am not a good fit. First of all, why would you assign homework to a candidate just to disqualify her within a few hours of leaving the interview? When I tried emailing them, it showed that my email was blocked. VERY bizarre and immature. I wish I read the reviews for this company earlier, but please DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
