      I interviewed at TIAA

      Interview

This interview was a mess. She was very aggressive and very aggressively wanting to know MY salary requirements. I felt it was all about money and that was it. I didn't really get to hear or enjoy much about the role because she was so focused on getting my number. I couldn't tell you ONE thing about this company or role based off our call. She also said she'd get back to me by the end of the week regardless, and ask me if I have heard from her? Nope. And, to be honest, I don't want to. Best of luck with the energy...
