Two people interviewed me in the first round and in the second round they made the official offer. I was impressed by their questions and both interviewers were friendly throughout the process. Negotiations were done over email.

I sent in my CV and cover letter and was contacted through email to come in an do a 10 min presentation and meet the team. I was one of the first people they interviewed and they were unsure of what the position would entail and didn't really communicate the skills needed for the position. During the interview they were really supportive if somewhat unorganized. It was a positive interview, just not clear what they wanted.

Question 1
They asked me to prepare a 10 min presentation on my area of research.
They asked about research skills, background experiences, and explained their position. The interview was more of a conversation. Multiple people asked different questions.
