Interview
Interview process consists of an Internet speedtest, photo of an appropriate work space, pass the typing assessment. Last you must have open availability. Also you have to be able to pick up the equipment at install it at any random moment they call and tell you to arrive at the work site.

Question 1
Is there anything that will keep you from completing the paid training?
Easy. A pre-assessment and a round with HR where you are asked HR questions like what animal you'd like to be and other HR irrelevant questions to the position in question.
The interviewer was nice, and they explained things well. They show that they care, and they listen to your questions and answer them promptly. They speak at an even pace as well.

Interview
I was asked to schedule a fifteen minute Google Meets call with a recruiter to discuss the role and company, but the recruiter never showed up for the call. I left after ten minutes of waiting.
