TEKTON interview questions

Interview process took about 3 weeks with 3 rounds of interviews. In the final interview I was asked a bunch of personal questions unrelated to the job and my skills.

They did a phone screen and failed to screen me out for lack of experience with the particular programming language they use. Got to the in person whiteboard interview and they were not impressed that I didn't know... could have looked at my resume or asked me before making me come in person to waste all of our time.
