Interview
Hiring process is very slow due to the delays in fingerprinting and background checking. It takes on average of 3 months. First there was a phone interview with HR, then with Operations Manager and finally a site visit with the E.D.

Interview
The interview process was basically when the company flew in from out of town and told us our pay was getting cut (mine by $11,000/yr) and that we had 3 days to decide if we would accept it or not. They did not take the time ti find out how long we were with the previous contractor or what or qualifications were.

Interview
It was a phone interview that took about 15 minutes. It was fairly quick and easy to handle. They asked me a variety of questions that pertained to the military and my knowledge of their procedures. Hiring took a little bit because I had to obtain my security clearance before i could actually start but i was given the job immediately after the phone interview.
