I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TEAM (Austin, TX) in Feb 2017
Interview
I was referred by a internal manger in the company and therefore my interview process was very simple. I conveyed my experience and understanding of the position and desire to work with TEAM.
I applied online. I interviewed at TEAM (New Orleans, LA) in Jan 2019
Interview
I filled out an online application and was contacted by the manager about a day or two after. The manager called me and we did an interview over the phone and used facetime. After asking me some questions about my experience with this kind of work (and other related jobs) I was also asked about some of my job duties at previous jobs as well. The manager was informative about what the position entailed and how it all worked, also told me a little background on the company. After the interview which lasted about 30 minutes I was emailed a link to complete the rest of the application online which is some documents you have to submit to the Human Resources and the Payroll people. After those were completed I was able to start working. The whole process took about a week.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I was asked questions about my experience in the promo industry and related work experience. I was asked if I was available days, nights, weekends to see when I would be able to get shifts. I was asked if I had reliable transportation and reliable smartphone and internet able to get emails. I was also asked about my interest outside of work.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at TEAM (Greenville, NC) in Sep 2015
Interview
I attended a casting call in Greenville, North Carolina. The casting call was held at a local restaurant where TEAM often holds their promotional events. The event was great! Everyone I met was so friendly. We went up in groups of four and read a short script that had information about one of TEAM's products promoted, Coors Light. Although we were given a script, we were encouraged to kind of just improvise, and act natural. Overall, I felt very confident in the event and it was very professionally ran.
