The interview was with the HR Manager and Controller. When I arrived, I was given an application packet and told to go to one of the desks at the top of the stairs. The packet asked for information that was found on my resume. It also asked for detailed references. This process was time-consuming, and the interviewers were still behind when I filled out the information. The questions were typical for the position, and I felt like they were reading from a list rather than having a conversation. A typing test was given before the end of the interview.
