Interview process consists of meeting with the manager for the dept. you are applying, and then with the CAO, if she is available. You may meet with an employee in a senior position for the dept. you are applying. Everyone is very friendly. Show up prepared, confident and friendly. They are looking for individuals who will fit into the culture of the company.
