I had a phone screening where the woman who screened me said my name wrong, didn't attempt to correct it and rolled her eyes twice during my interview. It was one of my most negative screening experiences of my life. At one point she asked a question like this, "and you think that's a good thing?" Tbc should re-consider this woman doing all your screenings (she said she's the only one). You may be missing out on good candidates because of her aggressive, mean girl demeanor. Definitely not what y'all preach. I'm really disappointed because I had such a positive view of TBC before this call. Now I will never apply again and definitely will be telling others to stay away.
