Have a commercial mindset. A recruiter reached out. Had an initial check with the recruiter. Short phone call. Afterwards with the GM of Europe. I checked in 3 times with the recruiter who kept saying that they were still deciding and then ended up being ghosted.

The shop manager ask me to interview in a coffee shop and introduce myself. Also, he tells me more about the detail of the job such as need to post everyday in social media to get more exposure.
