Honestly, my interview experience with TAM-C Solutions was one of the weirdest I’ve ever had. There was no HR rep involved at any point, which already felt off. The process included a few random assignments and then a short phone call — not much structure or clarity about what they were actually looking for.
The offer I eventually got was shockingly low for the amount of work and responsibility they described. When I tried to have a normal salary negotiation conversation, I was told I was being “too greedy,” and they pulled the offer completely. Super unprofessional.
After that, I checked out other people's reviews and realized I definitely dodged a bullet. This company seems to have serious issues with how they treat candidates — and from what I’ve read, employees too. Honestly, it turned out to be a blessing in disguise.

Interview
The interview process was confusing as I was first rejected and then called back with a possible offer. I felt like it was not the place for me if they are not confident in me as a candidate.
