I found the position on Indeed and applied via the company website. After taking a 50 question aptitude test (12 minute time limit, "finish what you can"), the recruiter sat with me for over an hour getting to know me both personally and professionally. It was not a behavioral interview but rather a conversation, and I felt immediately at ease because the recruiter had a very receptive personality. After the interview, we walked the factory floor - I don't know if that is typical for all positions or if that portion was position-specific (my guess). I was called back for a second interview where I met with one of the owner's and a couple of other individuals who I would have been working with. Overall, I was at the facility for about 2 hours in each instance, and everyone that I met was incredibly nice and friendly.
