I was initially contacted via email to confirm my interest in the position; sometime later, I was invited to a Zoom meeting with senior technical leadership, where I discussed my experience and education. It was an open discussion, with opportunities to ask questions about the role and the business. I was invited to another interview some weeks later with other technical leaders to cover similar questions and discuss the role in more detail.
