I too, had a surprise group interview over Zoom. The in person interview went okay, but things took a turn when I got a look at how the company runs. It’s cool that they promote from within, but tying that to something as sketchy as recruitment quotas just doesn’t sit right. Honestly, the whole team vibe felt fake and more about appearances than anything real

Interview process was fun. They broke everything down and made it extremely simple. Answered all my questions as well. Seems like a fun environment based off the team culture that was presented during the process !

Interview
Very random group interview. Asked me very basic questions, mostly logistical about commute and work hours. Explained where the company was headed in the next few years which was good. But they wouldn't answer any questions I had for them and said they would answer them in the next interview which was in-person. I was given only one date and time slot for the inperson interview and when I requested some other options I was ghosted.
