Applied online using their "myworkdayjobs" portal. The next business day, I received a request for a phone interview with a Recruiter. The Recruiter called about 10 minutes after our appointment time and spent most of the time describing the job. Even though I have 5 years experience in this same exact position with another company, I received an email a few days later stating that they'd decided to pursue other candidates whose experience was more suited for the position

the interview was very quick. at the time I interviewed in early 2020, I had one phone screen and one in-person interview. they use the STAR method in the in-person interview.
The interview process was very straight forward. They asked question and would prefer that you answer questions using the STAR method. That way your answer clearly states step by step what you did.
Interview process was standard and my interviewer was very friendly and personal. We started off going over my resume and for some items she would ask more in depth. Then we went into situational questioning where it was conflict resolution with customers, co-workers and different scenarios that could take place in the work environement and how I would respond to them.
