Formal in person panel interview that lasted roughly 45 minutes, followed by a brief tour of the facility. Panelists included the hiring manager as well as an HR rep and a senior manager.

These people are not serious about software engineering and would make a low-ball offer, ghost you, and waste your time. Everyone I met during the interview process was severely underqualified which is not surprising once you learn what the compensation looks like.
