The process was very casual, friendly, interested in finding the right match in personality and enthusiasm. The questions were standard scenario questions were and needed to give scenarios to describe certain situations. But other then that the interview very good

I was guided to a backroom and then asked a few questions for about 20 minutes, it was standard interview questions with no curveballs. The interviewer was very friendly and was filling out a sheet with my answers.

Greeted politely, sat in staffroom waited to go into the interview, with staff workers coming in and out, questions were generally and asked what I would do in certain situations.
