I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Systems Technology(CA) in Feb 2023
Interview
The interview process had three rounds or parts to it. In the first part, I had a one-on-one meeting with the team lead. The focus of this round was to learn about the candidates and ensure there was alignment in skills and company vision. Basic questions related to prior work performed. In the second round, I was asked to present my work to the team. In this round (~20 mins), first information of the company was presented to the candidate. Then I was asked to present some of my past work for ~25 mins and there were 15-20 mins Q&A sessions. The last round was an interview with the CEO. All in all the team is fabulous and my interaction with the CEO was great, where I was briefed about the company's vision and goals for the near and long term. Overall, the organization has wonderful people who genuinely care about giving you the best tools to help you succeed.
