Hello! Anthony here (CEO at SystemSeed).
I'm sorry to see you had a bad experience in interviewing at the company. We have had good feedback in the past when recruiting for Drupal and React developers but you may have had skills for which we are still learning the best way to interview and judge.
In some cases our candidates were acquired from a very strong word-of-mouth recommendation and so we prefer not to make anyone "perform" or do whiteboard tests as part of an interview if we know we are already interested in the individual and have a good impression of their technical abilities.
Also, I have received positive feedback previously for being transparent about many areas of the company immediately. This includes our clients list, revenue and profit margins, immediate and mid-term company goals. I understand this is not the norm but given the positive feedback in the past it seems like something we should keep doing.
If you do have any feedback as to how we can improve our interview process for developers I would love to integrate it and improve!
Best,
Anthony Fox-Davies
