They don't do scrutiny. Standard process for the interview. They respect the candidates. Mainly focused on core companies like civil structure oil and petroleum. It's a good staffing company solution
I applied online. I interviewed at System One in Apr 2024
Interview
I applied to a job posting from LinkedIn.
The first red flag should've been that instead of directing me to the company website to apply, it asked for interested candidates to reach out directly to a recruiter via email. I was desperate and very interested from the job posting, so I did.
The recruiter responded to me very unprofessionally and attached a form for me to fill out. The form was basically doing his job as a recruiter for him - it was a 4 page document with various questions about my experience asking for in depth responses.
I spent nearly 2 hours of my time filling this document out (again, I was really interested in the position), and emailed it back to him.
Here we are, 3 weeks later and not a single email from him since. I've reached out asking for an update, and nothing.
Extremely unprofessional and a super bad look on the recruiter and the company. Seems like this guy doesn't feel like doing his job, and would rather pass that work off to the interested candidates instead.

Question 1
NA - Horrible recruiter does not respect interested candidates.
Very enjoyable, the recruiter was friendly and made for a good interview experience. Explained the job to me in detail. Let me know the risks and rewards of accepting the position. Gave me a good idea of what to expect while working.
