It was challenging because they were very time-limited. Though I prepared myself to think fast, I still didn't manage to answer some of the questions due to time-limitation. I think my SynGP is the commercial type. So, if you applied for the commercial programme and you got the online assessment, do a bit of research of sales knowledge and practice your calculation in data analysis. Be aware that there is going to be a video interview, as they won't state in their email to alert you about that.

After our resume been screening by HR, we will get an email to complete the online assessment by 5 days.The online assessment will be 61 minutes with 4 main components. First will be personality questionnaire for 30 minutes, followed by video interview for 2 minutes, numeri reasoning for 15 minutes and verbal reasoning for 14 minutes.
