Interview was short compared to similar positions, got to the point and asked great questions.
First round was standard screening, Lots of information was provided to be able to prepare the most relevant answers for what they're looking for.
Second round was a take-home. Questions were designed to make candidates think and actually consider potential scenarios that may reflect real-world issues. Feedback on answers was provided, and was very well done.
Third round was half panel half system design. System design was open ended to be able to see how candidates considered problems in a more realistic scenario. Process was discussion-based to gauge how the candidate would be able to work with the team and how they consider problems. Panel interview was various facets of the team asking questions to gauge whether the candidate is good to work with and has relevant experience.
Overall the process was incredibly respectful and designed to really get an idea of what the candidate would be like to work with, and not just how they perform under stressful conditions.
