Synergy Legal Staffing interview questions

Synergy only hires individuals who have taken and passed a state's bar exam even if you have not yet been sworn in. As long as you meet this requirement you will be hired to do document review.

The interviews can usually be done in person or via Skype or the like. I did mine on campus and it was very quick and painless. As stated below, these interviews feel more like an easy conversation than a Q & A session. The only negative is that you can have a productive interview and then wait for a bit of time before you get on a project. It is just unpredictable when first getting your feet wet.
