The first round is an initial phone call (discussing the role/ compensation/ office location). They dive a bit into your background to make sure you are qualified for the role. Next is the final round video call- spoke to a total of 4 people (2 Women in the Orlando office and 2 from NYC).

1 Phone Screening & 1 Video Call with 4 senior members of the team. Every person I spoke to was a white man and the culture felt very fratty. I didn't feel very comfortable in the 4 on 1 interview and I felt like they could tell and it was funny to them.
