I thought that Syneos would be a professional and exciting experience… unfortunately the recruiter I had connected with had no business etiquette at all. She was terribly unprofessional: emails would not be addressed or signed, she misspelled my name on multiple occasions, and rescheduled our first phone call 5 minutes after it was set to begin. She had told me to reconnect with her the next April once I was set to graduate so I did. We reconnected and then she asked to speak about my graduation date, I reached back out to her to schedule a day only for her to then say she cannot consider me for the role because a degree needs to be in hand. Why even entertain the knowing my circumstances in the first place? Overall bad experience which I feel bad because the company may be fine but their front line was bad and therefore the company gets this review, sorry.

Process was easy, around 3-4 interviews. You spoke with your manager, another manager of a different region and also the regional director. Process lasted about a month. The are also helpful with connecting you with different companies to interview with.
