Interview
First you have an interview with the Talent Acquisition Specialist, who asks you about your experience during 30 min. If everything goes well you will be invited to have an interview with the managers, who will ask you to introduce yourself, ask about your experience, qualifications for the role, and behaviorial questions. Then you will have some minutes with someone who has the possition already, so you can learn more about the role. Process is quite friendly, fast and smooth

El proceso abarca al rededor de dos semanas, con una entrevista digital grabada (inglés), después una entrevista con recursos humanos (español) y finalmente una entrevista con personal de tu área de management (inglés).

Screening with HR followed by an in person test and one round of interviews. This was for a contract position with a specific TMF role so this may be different from other experiences.
Straight forward and concise. I was interviewed by small group of people. Their questions were practical. The interview was virtual and lasted for about an hour and a half. Overall I had a good experience.
